This was a year of change.
It’s not as if I was caught like a deer in the headlights.
The writing was clearly on the wall.
The consistency of petty injustices made it abundantly clear–
that the game was about over.
So I am sloughing off that which no longer serves,
trying some new things, such as this blog, and polishing my rustier skills.
Fortunately, I am surrounded by so many blessings
that I am able to keep everything in perspective.
